Inkala Manor is famous for its traditional country-kitchen: we serve the tastiest meals, made from locally produced ingredients.

Crayfish and hot tubs
Summer is a time to relax and start planning some atmospheric autumn engagements. Inkala Manor welcomes you to our autumn night crayfish parties. The prime crayfish season reservations are already being made, so be sure to make yours in time.
Inkala crayfish is cooked following a tried and tested recipe. Our stock has been developed over the years, to have just the right amount of dill and salt for flavour, the Manor hostess Leila Ylitalo explains.
The waters are going to be warm enough for swimming even later this autumn, at our lakefront sauna. We are getting an outdoor hot tub for our sauna. Book a time for a night of relaxing bathing for you and your colleagues, friends or family!
We are also hosting a Father's Day dinner this November, on Saturday the 8th at 6 pm, in Inkala Manor.
Reservations are also already being made for the Christmas party season, and the most popular dates are taken by the fastest. So don't miss out!
